Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Client Services Manager, Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and satisfaction by nurturing business connections and ensuring timely responsiveness to client needs
• Oversee implementations, expansions, and special projects, coordinating efforts with internal leadership and managing project plans
• Align and manage performance against client and internal objectives, monitoring service level metrics and reporting on performance

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience related to managed care, health plans, government programs, and/or client management
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven client services experience at the executive level, delivering client-focused solutions
• Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver superior results
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while paying strict attention to detail
