Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Client Services Manager, Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction by nurturing business relationships and serving as the primary interface between the company and clients
• Oversee implementations, expansions, and special projects by coordinating internal efforts and managing project plans to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Monitor performance against client and internal objectives, managing service level metrics and reporting on client performance

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience related to managed care, health plans, government programs, and/or client management
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven client services experience at the executive level
• Experience executing complex projects on-time and within budget
• Ability to work cross-functionally and establish credibility with clients
