Key Responsibilities

• Manage the client lifecycle from post-sale through implementation and ongoing contract periods
• Oversee client implementations, expansions, and special projects, ensuring timely delivery of products and services
• Align internal and client objectives, monitor performance, and manage client engagement and adoption of services

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in managed care, health plans, government programs, or client management
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in client services at the executive level
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
• Experience in executing complex projects on-time and within budget
