Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Associate - Healthcare (TPA).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare payor and provider stakeholders
• Support the onboarding process and training for new clients on products and services
• Help drive product adoption and monitor client performance metrics for improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in client success, account management, or related role in the TPA space
• Basic understanding of the healthcare payor and provider landscape
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a clinical degree
• Familiarity with healthcare technology solutions
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to support decision-making
