Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and results-driven Healthcare Client Success Director, the full-time remote position will lead a team of Client Success Managers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion within the healthcare portfolio, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure exceptional client outcomes and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7-8 Client Success Managers, focusing on performance management and continuous improvement
- Ensure structured Success Plans are executed for key accounts while proactively identifying at-risk accounts and implementing recovery strategies
- Participate in executive-level business reviews and build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders to support large-scale transformation initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS revenue leadership roles
- 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales functions
- Demonstrated success in driving retention, NRR growth, and expansion within enterprise and middle market accounts
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence VP & C-suite stakeholders
- Experience within healthcare technology, hospital operations, and/or food service is preferred
