Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Client Success in Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Success Managers, focusing on performance management and coaching
• Ensure execution of structured Success Plans for key accounts and implement recovery strategies for at-risk clients
• Engage with executives and build relationships with healthcare leaders to support strategic initiatives and account planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS revenue leadership roles
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in Account Management or Client Success
• Proven track record of driving retention and growth within enterprise and middle market accounts
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence VP & C-suite stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare technology or hospital operations preferred
