Key Responsibilities

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations

• Advocate for the account within the company, managing escalations and coordinating actions

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent business experience
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, with 5+ years in Client Success management or consulting
• Strong knowledge of business processes and business applications
• Proven consulting skills with a track record of driving business value
• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure
