Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Client Success in the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Success Managers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
• Ensure structured Success Plans are executed for key accounts and identify at-risk accounts
• Participate in executive-level business reviews and build relationships with healthcare leaders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS revenue leadership roles
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in Account Management or Client Success
• Demonstrated success in driving retention and growth within enterprise accounts
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP & C-suite stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare technology or hospital operations preferred
