Healthcare Client Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Client Success in the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Success Managers to drive client adoption, retention, and expansion
• Ensure the execution of structured Success Plans and identify at-risk accounts for recovery strategies
• Engage with healthcare leaders and participate in executive-level business reviews and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS revenue leadership roles
• 3+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in Account Management, Client Success, or Sales
• Proven success in driving retention and expansion within enterprise and middle market accounts
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence VP & C-suite stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare technology, hospital operations, and/or food service is preferred
