Healthcare Clinical Recruiter
Job Summary
Owning the full recruiting cycle for licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers, the remote Healthcare Clinical Recruiter will actively source candidates, maintain a healthy pipeline, and coordinate the interview process to ensure strong cultural and clinical fits for a growing mental health practice.
Key responsibilities
- Actively source and engage licensed clinicians through various channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple states
- Coordinate the interview process and partner with credentialing and onboarding teams
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or behavioral health
- Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer
- Comfort working with high candidate volume across multiple open roles
- Experience using an ATS to track candidates and pipeline stages
- Familiarity with clinical licensure requirements across multiple states is a plus
