Healthcare Cloud Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Cloud Platform Engineer, the full-time remote position will design, build, secure, and operate enterprise-scale AWS cloud platforms for healthcare applications while implementing best practices for scalability, reliability, and security.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain secure, scalable AWS cloud platforms and reusable infrastructure services for healthcare applications
- Establish monitoring and observability solutions, including SLIs and SLOs, to improve system reliability and operational efficiency
- Implement IAM policies and manage AWS Systems Manager for operational automation and compliance with healthcare regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE environments
- Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code implementation
- Strong experience with IAM governance and cloud security controls
- Hands-on experience with AWS Systems Manager and operational automation
