Healthcare Coding Analyst, this full-time position focuses on enhancing claim selection processes and tools through clinical and coding expertise, collaborating with AI data scientists and analytics teams to optimize automated audit concepts for payment integrity outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coding and reimbursement guidance to inform model logic and outcomes
• Validate AI-enabled outputs for clinical accuracy and coding integrity
• Analyze performance trends and support model tuning to improve selection effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, medical billing, or coding
• Bachelor's or Graduate degree required
• Proficiency in healthcare coding systems and payment methodologies
• AAPC or AHIMA coding certification preferred
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for data analysis is preferred
