Healthcare Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Analyst who will process medical insurance claim overpayments and participate in validation and collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process overpayments, including posting provider refunds and preparing notification letters
• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers to request payment recovery and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with client policies and state and federal regulations while managing outstanding accounts receivable

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in administration support or data entry
• High school diploma
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• One (1) year experience in a healthcare claims operations environment (preferred)
• College degree in a role-related field (preferred)
