Healthcare Collections Analyst

Job Summary

Processing medical insurance claim overpayments, the full-time Healthcare Collections Analyst will manage recoveries, adjustments, and collection activities while working remotely to ensure compliance with client policies and improve audit concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Process overpayments, including posting provider refunds and preparing notification letters
• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers for payment recovery and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain documentation and a library of instructions for validating audit concepts and client-specific rules

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in administration support or data entry
• High school diploma
• Experience in a healthcare claims operations environment is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organization and time management skills
