Healthcare Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Representative to assist clients' customers with outstanding balance accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations
• Utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes as necessary
• Perform outbound calls and other assigned activities related to collections

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Minimum one year of related work experience
• Minimum one year of collections experience
• Preferred: Minimum one year of EPIC experience
