Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections - Self-Pay (Remote) specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations
Utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes effectively
Perform outbound calls and assist with other assigned responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma
1 year of experience in healthcare collections working with patients
1 year of experience with HER Software Epic
Preferred: Associate's degree and two years of related experience
Preferred: Experience in self-pay collections in healthcare
