Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Specialist to manage and reduce outstanding accounts receivables for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Document accurate account information while maintaining confidentiality across multiple software systems
• Assist patients with payment arrangements and contact information updates through inbound and outbound calls
• Collaborate with a virtual team to meet daily and monthly collection goals while adhering to compliance regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred experience in collections and at least 6 months in customer service
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills
