Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Specialist to manage specialized collection work for clients to reduce outstanding accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Document accurate and up-to-date information in account history while maintaining confidentiality
• Assist patients with payment arrangements and negotiate solutions for outstanding medical bills
• Work collaboratively in a virtual team to meet daily and monthly collection goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred experience in collections
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
