Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections - Self-Pay (Remote) specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations and client guidelines
• Utilize HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes effectively
• Perform outbound calls as needed and maintain accurate records of account updates

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience in collections/self-pay in healthcare
• 1 year of experience with HER Software Epic
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations
• Basic technical skills for troubleshooting and setting up equipment
