Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Specialist to perform specialized collection work for clients to reduce outstanding accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Document accurate account information across multiple software systems while maintaining confidentiality
• Assist patients with payment arrangements and negotiate solutions for outstanding medical bills through inbound and outbound calls
• Collaborate with a virtual team to meet daily and monthly productivity goals related to calls and collections

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Preferred experience in collections and at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient PC knowledge and typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions
