Required Qualifications

• Preferred experience in collections and at least 6 months of customer service experience
• Proficiency in PC skills with a typing speed of 30-40 words per minute
• Self-discipline and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proactive approach to fulfilling job responsibilities and effective time management skills
