Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collector - Self-Pay (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment based on patients' financial situations and client guidelines
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls and manage patient disputes effectively
Assist with outbound calls and perform additional tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma
1 year of experience in collections/self-pay in healthcare
1 year of experience with HER Software Epic
Preferred: Associate's degree
Preferred: Two years of related experience in self-pay collections in healthcare
