A company is looking for a Healthcare Commercial Counsel to support pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to medical devices
• Provide legal guidance on contracting strategies ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations
• Advise on regulatory considerations impacting commercial arrangements and support product commercialization contracting

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience in commercial contracting for medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare companies
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements in regulated environments
• Familiarity with healthcare fraud and abuse laws related to commercial relationships
• Experience advising medical device manufacturers or similar healthcare organizations
• Active license and good standing in a U.S. state
