Job Summary

A company is looking for a Communication Center Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for providers and facilities seeking support with workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries regarding cases and prior authorization requests
  • Assist with documentation intake and ensure accuracy of incoming requests
  • Collaborate with teams to support timely case resolution and track follow-ups
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with portals and case management systems
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and handling of PHI
