Healthcare Communications Specialist

Job Summary

To support technology initiatives within a healthcare setting, the full-time remote Healthcare Communications Specialist will develop and implement strategic internal communication plans, create engaging content, and lead change communication efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic internal communication plans for technology projects affecting staff
• Create internal communications content, campaigns, and events that align with operational objectives
• Identify risks and challenges while leading change communication efforts and managing project priorities

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in implementing communication plans and campaigns, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Demonstrated ability to write and develop engaging communications across various media
• Strong collaboration skills
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, or Communications
