Healthcare Communicator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Communicator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-screen potential volunteers for enrollment into clinical/medical research trials
• Triage calls to appropriate personnel
• Handle various tasks such as intake of product quality complaints, DTC and patient support programs, providing drug/medical device product information, and first level technical support

Required Qualifications:

• Customer service or equivalent work related experience is preferred
• Competency with a computer keyboard and mouse
• Pleasant telephone manner
