Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight, the temporary Healthcare Community Connect Project Director will manage community-based healthcare initiatives aimed at improving access to care and enhancing partnerships among various stakeholders while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Community Connect initiatives aligned with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government partners to facilitate collaboration
  • Direct multiple complex projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in community health program management or related field
  • Strong understanding of social determinants of health and health equity
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders across various sectors
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on large-scale initiatives
  • Experience with financial and grant management, including compliance and reporting
