Healthcare Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an External Audit & Quality Assurance Compliance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate external audits and act as the primary liaison between the health plan and external auditors
• Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyze audit results and prepare detailed reports for leadership and compliance committees

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, compliance, or a related field
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, or quality assurance
• Experience with regulatory external audits such as CMS Program Audit is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid compliance requirements
