Key Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to healthcare regulations and conduct audits and investigations
• Draft and update compliance policies and provide education to staff on compliance matters
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure regulatory compliance and address compliance concerns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or related functions
• Certifications such as CHC, CHPC, or CPCO required within 12 months of hire
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing regulations and coding
• Experience conducting compliance audits in a healthcare environment
