Healthcare Compliance Counsel

Job Summary

Healthcare Compliance Counsel, a full-time position, is responsible for supporting the development and oversight of compliance programs, managing audits and regulatory matters, and providing legal guidance on healthcare compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of enterprise compliance programs and infrastructure
• Lead client, government, and internal audit activities, including Medicaid and Medicare Advantage audits
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance related to healthcare compliance and assist with investigations and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare law, healthcare compliance, or a related regulatory role
• Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, HIPAA, and healthcare regulatory frameworks
• Experience supporting audits, investigations, corrective action plans, and risk assessments
