Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel, Healthcare Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and update the organization on new healthcare laws impacting operations
• Conduct legal research and writing for the legal and clinical/operations teams
• Manage licensing and regulatory filings for a multi-state physician group

Required Qualifications

• JD Degree and barred in at least one state, with the ability to register as in-house counsel in New York
• 4+ years of relevant post-JD experience in healthcare regulatory matters
• Experience with government agency filings and regulatory processes
• Ability to work effectively in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
• Mission-driven to support care delivery to underserved populations
