Healthcare Compliance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters and lead responses to customer compliance audits
• Provide guidance and training on compliance issues, conduct internal audits, and manage privacy compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, law, business, or a related field; advanced compliance certification preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in healthcare compliance or regulatory affairs
• Working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and fraud and abuse laws
• Significant experience in cross-functional roles involving complex projects
• Experience in building compliance programs and conducting audits and risk assessments
