Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Compliance Director to lead the healthcare compliance function, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations while collaborating with legal and privacy officers
• Develop and update compliance policies and conduct internal audits focusing on high-risk workflows
• Investigate compliance violations and manage reporting systems, coordinating with legal and HR as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, clinical operations, or clinical quality and safety
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and the healthcare ecosystem, including reimbursement and policy landscapes
• Expertise in federal, state, and payer regulations, with Medicaid experience required
• Experience with multi-state virtual care regulations and managing audits and investigations
• Demonstrated ability to interpret compliance trends and guide sustainable remediation efforts
