Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise compliance and strategy, advising the executive team on key decisions and expansion efforts
• Build and scale compliance and privacy programs across various organizational functions
• Represent the organization in audits and regulatory interactions while driving a culture of compliance

Required Qualifications and Education

• 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership experience in complex, regulated environments
• Proven track record in defining and executing compliance strategies aligned with growth and risk management
• Deep expertise in federal and state regulations including HIPAA and telehealth
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred
