Healthcare Compliance Director

Job Summary

Overseeing the Corporate Compliance Program, the full-time Corporate Healthcare Compliance Director will manage compliance initiatives, develop policies, and ensure adherence to regulations while working remotely with occasional travel to the Corporate Headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the Corporate Compliance Program and provides oversight to senior management and the Board of Directors on compliance matters
• Develops and maintains policies and procedures to prevent illegal or unethical conduct within the organization
• Collaborates with departments to address compliance issues and manages investigations of alleged violations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a healthcare setting with a focus on regulatory issues
• Direct corporate compliance experience preferred
• Proven history of effective leadership and collaboration in compliance-related roles
