Job Summary
Leading compliance initiatives, the remote Associate Director, Corporate Compliance will manage compliance programs, train staff, and oversee investigations to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations for licensed entities delivering Qualified Health Plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the Compliance team across all lines of business, fostering professional development and compliance knowledge
- Design, implement, and enhance the corporate compliance program to promote a culture of responsibility and accountability
- Monitor and interpret regulations to guide business strategies and lead compliance investigations, ensuring effective corrective action plans are in place
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance setting, including regulatory affairs
- 5+ years of experience managing effective Compliance teams
- 5+ years of experience applying state and federal health insurance statutes and regulations
