Job Summary

Leading compliance initiatives, the remote Associate Director, Corporate Compliance will manage training, investigations, and monitoring to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations for licensed entities delivering Qualified Health Plans.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the Compliance team, fostering professional development and compliance knowledge
  • Design and implement a corporate compliance program to promote accountability and responsibility across the organization
  • Monitor federal and state regulations to guide business strategies and lead compliance investigations
Required qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in a healthcare compliance setting, including regulatory affairs
  • 5+ years of experience managing effective Compliance teams
  • 5+ years of experience applying state and federal health insurance statutes and regulations
