Healthcare Compliance Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain an effective compliance program tailored to the healthcare industry
• Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal roles within the healthcare industry
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant federal and state laws
• Certifications such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a compliance team
