Healthcare Compliance Generalist

Job Summary

Responsible for compliance activities in High-Risk areas, the full-time remote Compliance Generalist will manage monitoring, auditing, policy drafting, and training initiatives to align with healthcare compliance standards set by the U.S. Office of Inspector General (OIG).

Key responsibilities

• Assist with investigations, monitoring, and reporting for operational compliance while promoting a culture of compliance across the organization
• Collaborate with stakeholders on compliance concerns and support the development of educational programs to enhance compliance awareness
• Conduct research on regulations and policies, draft necessary documentation, and implement corrective action plans for compliance risk areas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare operations, business administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare compliance
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and relevant laws
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (preferred)
