Healthcare Compliance Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Healthcare Compliance Lead, the successful candidate will manage privacy operations, support product governance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect patient trust and enable innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate privacy-by-design in new features and lead privacy reviews of AI functionalities
• Oversee daily privacy operations, including vendor reviews and incident response, while managing Fullscript's OneTrust environment
• Translate privacy laws into accessible guidance and maintain ongoing monitoring of the company’s privacy posture

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on privacy experience, particularly in cross-collaborative roles
• Direct experience in the US healthcare industry, particularly with HIPAA compliance
• Proven experience using OneTrust for privacy operations
• Strong understanding of US and Canadian privacy regulations
• Experience with the privacy implications of AI technologies
