Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop compliance staff while overseeing compliance-related activities and investigations
Ensure alignment of projects with federal, state, and institutional regulations governing human subject research
Collaborate with organizational leaders to promote compliance and provide training on relevant policies

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate is required
5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field
Healthcare experience is highly desirable
Certifications in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC), or Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC) preferred
Proven professional writing skills
