Healthcare Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, update, implement, and enforce compliance policies and procedures
• Prepare and coordinate compliance training for employees and contractors
• Oversee compliance hotline and incident tracking, ensuring timely resolution of issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years' management experience in healthcare compliance
• At least 5 years' experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, OIG compliance, and U.S. healthcare regulations
• Experience in Radiology, Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, or Hospital Medicine is preferred
