Healthcare Compliance Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Healthcare Compliance Manager will monitor compliance standards and regulatory requirements while conducting investigations and audits across various healthcare services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct investigations of compliance issues and create supporting reports
- Perform audits and reviews of clinical and business records relevant to compliance investigations
- Provide educational support to staff based on identified compliance issues and collaborate with internal and external resources
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2-6 years of experience in healthcare compliance or a related field
- Experience performing investigations is required
- Degree in nursing, therapy, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of laws and regulations in home health and hospice compliance is preferred
- Certification in healthcare compliance ("CHC") is preferred
