Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Compliance Manager, the full-time remote position will oversee medical records operations, coordinate external audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with various business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day medical records activities and vendor performance
• Coordinate external audits from intake through findings and remediation closure
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable processes in partnership with key stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating external audits and 5+ years in healthcare privacy or medical records management
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health information management, compliance, or a related field
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders on compliance concerns and risks
• Demonstrated ability to interpret regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
