Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP Compliance, Chief Compliance Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of an effective compliance program in collaboration with senior leadership
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Serve as Chair of the Executive Management Compliance Committee and ensure timely responses to compliance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) within one year of hire
• Ten years of experience in healthcare organizations, including five years in a managerial role
• Professional experience with federal and state agencies in a compliance capacity
• Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards
