Job Summary

Leading enterprise compliance and privacy initiatives, the remote Head of Enterprise Compliance & Privacy will manage compliance strategy, build and scale programs across various operations, and advise the executive team while fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale compliance and privacy programs across clinical operations, telehealth, and strategic initiatives
• Advise the executive team on compliance integration into key decisions and expansion efforts
• Represent the organization in audits and regulatory interactions, ensuring adherence to complex regulations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership experience in complex, regulated environments
• Proven track record in defining and executing compliance strategies aligned with growth and risk management
• Deep expertise in federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred
