Key Responsibilities

Monitor patient equipment usage data to verify compliance milestones
Engage with patients to troubleshoot adherence issues and provide support
Collaborate with billing and intake departments to resolve compliance-related documentation issues

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a DME environment or healthcare compliance role
Proficiency in DME software platforms and remote monitoring tools
Exceptional interpersonal skills for patient support
Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar certification
Practical knowledge of PAP therapy is a plus
