Healthcare Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting healthcare compliance initiatives, the hybrid Compliance Specialist will manage U.S. federal and state transparency reporting, validate HCP data, and assist with compliance monitoring activities in a contract role based in Fort Worth, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of healthcare transparency reporting and compliance activities
• Partner with stakeholders to collect and reconcile HCP transfer-of-value data
• Conduct Due Diligence on HCPs and related entities for compliance engagements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in compliance, healthcare, finance, operations, or a related field preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare compliance or related operational roles
• Familiarity with U.S. Sunshine Act/Open Payments strongly preferred
• Experience with compliance or payment systems and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
