Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Correspondence Policy Specialist will develop and maintain corporate clinical correspondence to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements while collaborating with a skilled team of specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and customize correspondence according to regulatory and contractual requirements, coordinating Compliance Department approvals
- Oversee clinical correspondence across all products, ensuring templates meet standards set by various regulatory bodies
- Research state regulatory requirements and consult with IT to support the letter generation process
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
- 3+ years of experience with compliance and quality requirements related to healthcare and UM processes
- Associates degree preferred, with consideration for additional relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research and integrate feedback from diverse operational groups into written products
