Healthcare Compliance Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Compliance to design and operate its healthcare compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement healthcare compliance policies and procedures in accordance with regulations
• Ensure company-wide awareness of compliance requirements through a training program
• Provide strategic advice on compliance issues and investigate reports of non-compliance

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; Juris Doctor preferred
• 6-10 years of experience in a commercial-stage biotech or pharmaceutical company
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations in the US
• Ability to collaborate with business colleagues to implement effective compliance programs
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
